Private and confidential 1-on-1 personal retreat (or “intensive”) for 3-days.
Typically, the 3-day deep dive takes place over a weekend, starting on Friday.
We meet for two 90-minute sessions each day (3 days) at times that we agree on.
If you prefer other days in the week, we can explore the options that can work for the both of us.

Monthly Coaching Sessions: We meet for powerful, 75-minute one-on-one sessions, scheduled at a pace (typically every second week) that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
Personalised & Fluid Focus: This is a sacred space dedicated entirely to you. Our work is flexible, adapting to address your unique challenges and charting a path that aligns with your personal goals.
In-Between Session Support: You are not alone. I’ll check in and follow up on homework between sessions, cultivating the level of presence and support one client described as "a hundred and fifty percent there for me."
Pricing: My aim is to provide fair, ethical, and inclusive support. I typically charge €150/month, covering two sessions per month.
